Details:
We get several people replying to mail notifications at Savannah - and then
complain.
Is there a way to make it clearer that people should not reply to the
notifications?
I do not really like Buzilla's way ("PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MAIL").
We could, for example, replace "This item URL is:" by "Reply to this item
at:".
Maybe something can be made more explicit in the beginning of the mail as
well.
This is a temporary solution until we implement a mail interface. I am
motivated by the idea, although I lack time at the moment. (Incidentally, by
looking at how RT (badly) implements the feature, I also think it is not a
trivial one.)
Any though?
