Good to see that 'users/' and 'projects/' are now working :)
You say that the confirm login does not succeed. What is not working? Can you
give us error messages?
You may also want to check in the database, in field user.confirm_hash,
whether the confirmation hash matches what is sent by mail, and whether the
field is well emptied after you confirm the account.
(If you were administrator, I would point you to the admin interface, but
unfortunately, you cannot login as administrator until you can actually log in
:/)
