Details:
People may quit projects without really realizing it. I believe it happened on
all major installation of Savane.
I do not want to end up with javascript necessary to do something (as
discussed on the list, only acceptable as a plus) so it is the rmproject page
that must handle it. rmproject is by the way a bad file name, as it is not
about actually removing the project.
