Details:
If I attempt to submit a bug using Mozilla 1.7.3 on a GNU/Linux FC2 box, the
pull down menus appear/disappear instantly and will not reappear until I
refresh the page.
I am submitting this on a Mozilla 1.7.5 OSX box and do not see the same
issues. (I don't have an alternative browser to test on the Linux box.)
