the 18.01.2005 at 22:59, I was probably dreaming alive. There's indeed an
error message shown when database connection fail.
There was even a call to die().
I removed the call to die() and replaced it instead by feedback. I think
there's no risk in showing the PHP pages: there will be no content from the
database but site specific content will still be there. Site specific content
may be useful so people can get in touch with admins by mail; viewing the
frontend without content will probably be less traumatic than a blank page
with the same feedback.
