As this page is shown only to people allowed to post news items, as admins
will know there's a news item to approve, we can simply remove most of the
message.
We should keep
"A news manager of this project will have to review it and approve it.
Posts that are of special interest to the community that should be shown on
the Gna! front page have to be, also, approved by the Gna! administrators

pas de HTML."
And what should be printed in class "warn" is the first sentence. That's what
could be puzzling (hey, my news item is not here!).
