In fact, I have no clue what files.txt.
Why not improving the faq system. But in the long run, the interesting
improvement would be to provide an faq system that use the usual issue
tracking code (in a way that allows to edit the main text, indeed, and to
organize by category the browse page (that would be interesting for all
trackers)).
For the license, I do not think it makes sense any longer to provide it. It is
site specific content, so this content is not really part of Savane.
