Details:

There's something I don't understand about the Apache configuration described
in the INSTALL.verbose:

--In the Virtual Host configuration, the SV_LOCAL_PREFIX environment variable
must be set:

<IfModule mod_env.c>
SetEnv SV_LOCAL_PREFIX /etc/savannah
</IfModule>

--But if the configuration is done as a subdirectory of the home URL, the
SAVANE_CONF variable is the one included in the directive (instead of
SV_LOCAL_PREFIX):

<IfModule mod_env.c>
SetEnv SAVANE_CONF /etc/savannah
</IfModule>

Why the difference?
