Details:

I suggest that we move development over SVN.

It now seems quite stable, used by large projects like KDE. 

SVN is in the spirit of CVS so we should have a lot to learn.

And it would be helpful to manage branches or to do things that we actually
do several times a year like removing directories, moving files.

>From what I know from Arch, I'm not uber-interested regarding Savane
development. 

Any thoughts? Does anyone have experience with SVN already?
