Please take a look, especially at CVS_USAGE. Not that these are blantantly not respected, but it is best being reminded. For instance, I'd like that most bugs get a bug report before any commits (it tends to be the case), since it usually bring insighful comments. And indeed, it is important to keep in mind what branches are for, and that it is important to post a task when creating a branch. I hesitate to give a repice about branch creation, but since we'll move to SVN next month, I assumed it was not such a good idea.
