Follow-up Comment #2, bug #4570 (project savane):
It can localize date but CANNOT localize calendar.
for example, in Jalali calendar we are in year 1384, but in Gregorian
calendar we are in year 2005, and in most OSes that used to install Savane,
they don't support Jalali calendar. (eg. linux, windows,...)
at least, please define an internal function, like format_strftime, to CAN
support other calendars.
