Hum, I have to think about the clean way to allow this.
Not consistent but also annoying as sort() in the unix word offer to
capitalized precedence over uncapitalized letter.
The only clean way to do this would be to allow capitalized letter names for
all themes but keeping the order as if it were uncapitalized.
What we need is to keep the uncapitalized letters for the cookie (backward
compat) and the sort() calls.
