Details:
In the sad and borind event that a user loses both his mail account and his
Savannah password, it would be could if he could be given a string to pass to
his GPG and return signed to Savane within 48h.
Hopefully we'd receive less "Lost password" support requests.
(I use status=confirmed because I can't use "None")
