/**************************************************************************/ [task #404] Full Item Snapshot: URL: <http://gna.org/task/?func=detailitem&item_id=404> Project: Savane Submitted by: Mathieu Roy On: lun 10.05.2004 à 13:58 Should Start On: lun 10.05.2004 à 00:00 Should be Finished on: ven 10.09.2004 à 00:00 Category: Web Frontend Priority: 2 - Low Resolution: None Assigned to: None Percent Complete: 0% Status: Open Effort: 0.00 Planned Release: 1.0.4 ? Summary: associate more clearly login and real name Original Submission: In many case, the real name of users is printed, in a few other it is the login name. As the login name still matter (used with most services not part of Savane), it should be seen more often. Also, in some case it would not make sense to print the whole name, especially when size matters (bug big lists) while in other case it is just not enough informative to only print the login name. I suggest that anytime a realname is printed, the login name get along ; and to leave login name alone when the size matters. For instance, this task submitter should looks like Mathieu Roy <yeupou> It would be an idea to append the @domain, but it will waste space and it is not sure that a Savane installation is set up to provide working [EMAIL PROTECTED] aliases for the outside. So it is best to keep it as login and not create confusion by showing it like an email address.
