Hi Mathieu,
as discussed on the -dev mailing list, I'm merging the changes into the trunk
which have nothing to do with the wiki style. The original purpose of this
branch (formatting text) will *not* be merged, as it is not complete yet.
It's just that we made some unrelated changes on the formatting text branch
as well, and I'd like to move them to the trunk.
