Details:
If I got it right,
- the user has a 'savannah' value for the theme cookie
- now the theme is 'Savannah'
as a result the css is 404.
Also, themes point to Capitalized *.theme/ directories but the directories
are all lowercase now.
Why are themes being trivially renamed? Apparently this breaks a couple
things :/
