Follow-up Comment #5, bug #6880 (project savane):
In fact, the locking mechanism implemented by Sylvain makes this necessary
only for the locks that must be shared amongs two scripts.
A moved the locking related subs into Savane::Locks.pm, as Savane::Utils.pm
should be dedicated to stuff not that much necessary that should not be
loaded by default by every scripts.
