Hum, unfortunately, the bug is not in Savane but directly into PHP
Savane uses the timezones definitions of PHP which are listed here:
http://ch2.php.net/manual/en/timezones.asia.php
I do not know how standard is the list of timezone PHP uses but for us it is
way easier to stick with it. BTW, one may argue that "Indian" refers to
Indian Ocean, unlike "India" that would undoubtedly refers to the country, so
it would not be so confusing.
