Actually, it seems that there was just one line that was missing, still in
the old fashion, and that the wonderful mechanism (hum) I wrote years ago to
allow complicated stuff like %PROJECT-%LISTNAME or whatever-%LISTNAME was
simply used only on the form to add a new list, but not at the SQL insert
after posting the form, that was still using the outdated project-%LISTNAME
enforcement. What puzzles me most is the fact that I think it worked in the
past. It may simply be an issue of merge problem (but not recent at all).
