OK, now I do not intend to waste my afternoon monitoring commits. So can we
have some explanations on the overal purpose of

- create a branch without creating the relevant task, as it is explicitely
asked to be done in the SVN Usage Rules
- adding a safe_mysql() function that in the spirit does not follow the idea
that safe_NAME() allows to access in the safe way user input (mysql is not a
name of a kind of user input)
- adding a safe_mysql() function that seems to do exactly what safeinput()
does?
