Details:

      # [BACKEND ONLY]
      # viewcvs ignore list
      # If you do not use viewcvs, if you do not want the backend to
      # edit that list comment out
      our $sys_viewcvs_conffile="/usr/local/viewcvs/viewcvs.conf";

      # Statistics
      # If you do not have webalizer or mrtg, if you do not want comment
out.

Neither of these make any sense because of the double negatives. If I do NOT
use viewcvs, then I won't care at all what the backend does with regard to it,
because it isn't there. I think this should say either:

`If you do NOT use viewcvs, or if you DO use viewcvs but do NOT want the back
end to edit that list, then comment out the following option:`. But `edit
that list` doesn't really make any sense either. Edit what list? viewcvs is
not a list. What does this option really do? It's not list editing, is it?

I think the Statistics one is meant to say `If you do not have webalizer or
mrtg, or if you do have them but do not wish savane to use them, comment out
the following option:`.

I'm not trying to make fun of anyone's English here. God knows my French is
much, much worse!
