I think simpler to allow people to comment out irrelevant options than to
force them to put a boolean. I mean, if you put
$bla = 0;
or
$bla = false;
it will be like
# $bla
and that's ok, no?
I mean, all usages are accepted. If we say it's a boolean, people will think
they have something to put, even if they were told in first place they should
comment out irrelevant options.
