-Why not providing a simple SFTP account?

-* We're working on a more generic way to support SCMs, and we hit the Debian
limit of 32 groups per user. Check CvS.
Why not providing a simple SFTP account for new VCS?

??changed:
-* Supporting rapidly changing SCMs requires quite some time, be it for tasks
as simple as providing ArchZoom, or upgrading your monotone databases. 'Mature'
or 'stable' SCMs require less time.
-
-
-Let's not forget that Gna! (for example) provides a SFTP account without much
issues. However the limit of 32 groups per user need to be fixed first IMHO.
Then we shall working on 'beta arch' and possibly 'beta svn'.
-
* This may help supporting new SCMs, but this actually requires more work than
that, e.g. repository web viewers, or upgrading VCS format, etc. Mature/stable
SCMs require less time.
