Summary: Subprojects on project main page not listed according to defined order
Original Submission: When creating subprojects (for tasks) I explicitely set
the ordering, which is honored in various pages, but not on the main project
page.
Eg. in https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/xortex/, "General" should be listed
before "PrettySQL".
