Original Submission: About attaching mailing-list (reserved to GNU projects):
The page should be changed to explain what does work and what doesn't work -
lists managed by aliases probably don't work.
For any projects, GNU or not, the possibility for projects admin to add a text
with pointers to their mailing lists non-hosted via Savannah should be added.
