There is now a doxygen output for the PHP frontend available at
http://savannah.gnu.org/doxygen/
This is incomplete and inperfect due a limitation of doxygen with PHP,
and my absence of specific competence to write a nice doxygen
configuration file.
The doxygen configuration file is in doc/devel, feel free to enhance
it.
