A while ago, I contacted all the authors of files with no correct header and all of them replied it was ok to get them released under GPLv2 and any later version. So I can confirm. I had in plan to add the license note after the reply but I apparently forgot to do it. > Could you also add a notice in those scripts, in all scripts, about >the licence ? If people take those scripts like me and use them, >nobody knows about the licence there. > > I will add a notice about the licence in the scripts I took from the cvs. > Please do it > too, please protect your software :) Hum, since we discard 50% of registration on Savannah due to that problem, asking software authors to take care about that and to re-register with clear file headers, the situation is pretty *funny* :) Regards, -- Mathieu Roy +---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | General Homepage: http://yeupou.coleumes.org/ | | Computing Homepage: http://alberich.coleumes.org/ | | Not a native english speaker: | | http://stock.coleumes.org/doc.php?i=/misc-files/flawed-english | +---------------------------------------------------------------------+
