Summary: Detailed bug view produces PHP error when not logged in
Original Submission: When I'm not logged in I get the following error message
when clicking on a bug to see the details (e.g.
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=4645&group_id=66):
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare browser_get_agent() in
/usr/local/savannah/src/savannah/frontend/php/include/browser.php on line 32
Sorry, if this report might be double. I couldn't check this because of this
error. For Savannah bugs it even doesn't work logged in.
