Summary: PHP warning message appears on bug detail screens
Original Submission: If I view bug details (like here:
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=1399&group_id=11
) then I see a little PHP warning message pop up just between the comment
texbox and the "Follow-up Comments" text, that says:
Warning: Missing argument 2 in call to help_button() in
/usr/local/sourceforge/src/savannah/www/include/help.php on line 33
