Since project registered recently contains space in their Full name, I suppose
the issues is not on our side.
Could you try with another browser or a more recent stable version of your
browser ?

Summary: Full name may not contain spaces
Original Submission: I have just tried registering a new project. If 'Full
Name' contains spaces then the reply from Savanna is: "Your browser send a
string that this server could not understand".
I am using Konqueror.
