Summary: No e-mails on changes to support requests
Original Submission: I didn't got any e-mails on changes to two support
requests (#101040, #10105), although I get e-mails from everybody else.

I have sent a mail to this user via the form ( /users/...) and it works.
The mail server have strange behaviour, nowadays. It's maybe due to the
spamassassin installation.
