Hi,
As of now the debian package of phpgroupware-cvs install/uninstalls
properly. Took me a while to figure everything out and it's not really
in a clean state. At least you can install/remove/purge and get the
expected behaviour.
I'm now simplifying the installation by automatically running the
setup steps from the install scripts, using xmlrpc.
