Follow-up Comment #3, task #3418 (project administration):
GNU Arch would require direct or write access to the savannah servers in one
form or another. Shell access just isn't allowed, and ssh access is limited
to CVS commands. Apache2 with WebDAV and HTTPS support for certain
directories seems to be one way to do it, or have rssh for default shells to
allow only cvs, rsync, sftp, and sftp commands.
