hugo> the only comment I would make is to make the headers of the
section a little bit bigger and bolder than the text in the
paragraphs. To be more precise:
Personally I agree with you, but I'm just following the usual
www.gnu.org convention, which is to use <h3> for the page title and <h4>
for headings within the page. I would prefer <h2> and <h3>,
respectively, but it seems more important to be consistent ...

I tried it, and think it does work better that way, so I checked in the
