Follow-up Comment #1:
In the future, ViewCVS should be hosted at cvs.savannah.gnu.org, but this
host has the HTTPS port taken by SSH for fascist-firewall-circumvention
reasons.
Since it will be a different host, your session hash will not be sent clear
text if you click on a ViewCVS link.
