[Savannah-hackers-public] Savannah backup exclusion

Hi,

apt-proxy is pretty buggy so I'm trying to use a Debian Etch
binary-only mirror instead, which takes around 15GB. It is in
/vservers/internal/var/www/ , so you can exclude it from the backup.
