At some point in the past, I'm quite sure that if you attached a file on a tracker item with a "comment", the comment about the attached file was visible in the generated email message. This is no longer true, though.
Could you restore the old behavior please? It was useful. (See https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?29208 and particularly http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnustep/2010-03/msg00036.html -- the comment "Proposed implementation + test program" is lacking.)
