I am member of elisp-es project. We invited SuSo to join to the project in order to avoid duplication of efforts, however, he avoids texinfo publication I think. We (antonio and me) have exchange emails about it in the past with him. I would thank FSF contact with SuSo for this porpuse. Thanks
