I could setup something like "ctan-mirror.sv.gnu.org" or you guys could
setup a cname entry mapping to dl.savannah.gnu.org.
For now, please go with ctan-mirror.sv.gnu.org.

This should be up and working for ctan-mirror.savannah.gnu.org
* ctan-mirror.sv.gnu.org should work too, but it doesn't for now (the sv
aliases don't always work right initially)
