[Savannah-hackers-public] bzr.savannah.gnu.org unusable

It gets stuck even in a simple "bzr update" (for the Emacs
repository).

This is after more than 24 hours of total outage, so I have quite a
few commits that wait to be done.

Could someone please take a look??
