Hi Karl,

I knew that gpg != ssh, but it seems that I was behaving as though I did
not. In fact, I believe that this is not the first time I make this kind of
mistake. Thanks for reminding and for the link.

Once I ran ssh-keygen and uploaded my new public key to savannah, all
subversion commands worked.

Sorry for asking such basic questions.
