[Savannah-hackers-public] Can't access savannah.gnu.org

Hi,

I am one of the developers for FSF groff project. Since the weekend I am 
continually receiving timeout on the browser connecting to savannah.gnu.org.

I have a fixed IP4 address - 82.71.22.80.

Please could you check if I have been black-listed, and if it could be lifted.
