Hello, These 2 sites are: https://ftp-gnu-org.ip-connect.vn.ua/ (marked unreachable for ~5 days) https://mirror.techrich.hk/gnu/ (marked outdated by 8 days)
They both have valid Let's Encrypt certificates certified by ISRG Root X1. I can download today's timestamp from them with wget without problem.
