Steve Purkis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> described the package as follows: License: perl Other License: Package: Pixie - The magic data pixie System name: pixie Type: non-GNU Description: Pixie is yet another object persistence tool for Perl. The basic goal of Pixie is that it should be possible to throw any object you want at a data pixie and the pixie will just tuck it away in its magic sack, giving you a cookie in exchange. Then, minutes, hours or days later, you can show the pixie your cookie and get the object back. Source code is available on CPAN: http://search.cpan.org/dist/Pixie/ A tarball of the current CVS repository is available at: http://staging.quiup.com/perl/Pixie.tar.gz The [new] mailing list is at: http://siesta.unixbeard.net/siesta/index.tt2 Previously, development was co-ordinated between the developers as needed. Other Software Required: Perl 5.8+ Required Perl modules: Scalar::Util => 0.01, Test::Simple => 0.01, DBIx::AnyDBD => 2.01, Data::UUID => 0.01, Test::Class => 0.03, Other Comments: The current CVS repository is hosted by Fotango Ltd., the original creators of Pixie. We would like to move the project to Savannah so that it is more easily accessible to other developers. _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.nongnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Savannah-hackers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/savannah-hackers
