We currently do not have a way to spam-filter the archives.
Although that is a non-trivial problem, that's something we should
investigate.
I think mailing lists are spam-filtered, but it is not possible to catch them
all.
Feel free to post suggestions. The Savannah hackers do not have control over
the mailing system configuration, although they have on the archives, and can
talk with the FSF sysadmins to propose improvements.
