[Savannah-help-public] Forgotten executable bit on gnustep project

Can you make the run-gnustep,v file executable, so that it will be 
executable on check-out? Apparently there is no way to do this in CVS.  
It's in

/cvsroot/gnustep/gnustep/Startup/scripts
