Well, it still works for me, so I think there is an issue from your side. Can
you check your firewall, and whether your ISP does allow SSH outgoing
traffic?
Incidentally, please avoid using "-z9". Maximum compression exhausts the
Savannah server much more while it provide only little additional compression
over "-z3".
