You may also want to delegate this task to any other Emacs Savannah
administrator. In this case, Chong Yidong needs to send a project
membership request via the Savannah web interface, that will be
approved by any Emacs admin.
He tried that before and something went wrong. That is why I am
asking you to do it.
Would you please add Chong Yidong to the Emacs project,
give him write access? His Savannah login is cyd.
