Follow-up Comment #2, sr #104106 (project administration):
I had this problem and found out that rlog fails when there is an author
login name with only digits in the file.
in this case rlog fails with the following error:

rlog: supZimImp.jsp,v:9: missing author
rlog aborted
--------------
Changing the author to an alfanumerical name solves the problem.
