Hi,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is ran by FSF employees who have access to ftp.gnu.org.
The Savannah volunteers don't.
You need to wait for them to generate your upload area.
This, indeed, could be a bit cleaned-up; it's not impossible that doesn't
happens in the not-so-distant future :)
Remember to upload your GNU files to ftp-upload.gnu.org instead of
savannah.gnu.org, btw.
